Human Services Coalition, an innovative, dynamic, nonprofit “learning" organization has the following full time position open:
Public Allies Program Manager
Primary Responsibilities: Manage replication of national model youth leadership program, Public Allies. Position includes supervision and life coaching of 25 young adults placed in diverse community based agencies, facilitation of leadership training curriculum to bolster personal and professional development of 25 young adults, and being liaison to national program office and local worksites.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; excellent oral and written communication skills; strong supervisory, organizational, management and training facilitation skills; strong ability to solve problems and adapt to change; familiarity with the AmeriCorps program; availability and willingness to accept flexible work schedule. Background in counseling or coaching preferred
Salary is commensurate with experience and an excellent benefits package will be provided.

Wynwood Sober Living, a Miami-Dade Reentry Task Force transitional living centers partner, has a position available for site manager. The site manager is responsible for monitoring residents and partnering with other agencies to increase enrollment.
The ideal candidate is a person with a valid driver's license and has been clean and sober for at least 18 months - graduates from transitional living programs and ex-felons are encouraged to apply. The owner truly believes "everybody deserves a second chance". The owner needs someone who is energetic and streetwise. Other positions at the property are also available.
